About the position

Intrepid Global Solutions (Intrepid) is seeking an experienced, results-oriented Staffing Resource Manager to join our National Security, Engineering, and Technology Solutions (NSETS) business unit. This position will support a large Intelligence Community (IC) program and as well as other IC programs within the NSETS business unit portfolio. As the Staffing Resource Manager, you will support the staffing needs of IC programs focused on facilities services management, supply chain & logistics, mission IT, and engineering. This role is responsible for supporting the project staffing needs including project staffing plans, forecasting staffing needs, filling staffing positions, maintaining staffing qualifications oversight, managing retention of staffing, managing on-boarding and off-boarding of staff, coordinating staffing recruitment across team members and working with human resource management personnel. This is a hybrid position where you will need to be on customer McLean site regularly, as well as the Intrepid Tysons office, and working from home.

Responsibilities

  • Planning, organizing, managing, and coordinating staffing efforts with program management office, recruiting, subcontracts, and security.
  • Manage, track, monitor, analyze and provide suggestions on internal large staffing roster across multiple task orders.
  • Ensure the program maintains staffing levels across all positions and at all locations.
  • Support outreach and job recruiting events and marketing to help attract candidates to Intrepid.
  • Provide oversight of internal program staffing database.
  • Manage resource pool of vacancies, candidates, and employees in established management tracking tools.
  • Adapt and respond to changing staffing requirements.
  • Produce weekly staffing metric reports to customers, program and corporate leadership.

Requirements

  • Greater than six (6) years of applicable work experience.
  • Experience supporting staffing needs within Intelligence Community (IC) programs.
  • Excellent communications skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Significant experience managing complex staffing and resource requirements.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
  • Experience working closely with Personnel Security for candidate security clearance crossovers.
  • Experience working with OCONUS deployments.
  • Desire career growth in program management.
