About The Position
Clean Team Inc. is looking for a motivated and organized Part-Time Recruiter / HR Coordinator to help support hiring and onboarding efforts throughout the Greater Grand Rapids market. This position offers a flexible weekday schedule and the chance to play a key role in attracting, hiring, and onboarding employees for a growing company. As a member of our recruiting and HR team, you will help ensure positions are filled efficiently while creating a positive candidate experience.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and email
- Valid driver's license
Nice To Haves
- Experience in recruiting, staffing, human resources, customer service, or office administration
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and online recruiting tools
Responsibilities
- Recruit candidates for multiple open positions across West Michigan
- Review applications and identify qualified candidates
- Conduct phone screenings and in-person interviews
- Post and manage job advertisements on Indeed and other recruiting platforms
- Schedule interviews and coordinate hiring activities with managers
- Guide new hires through onboarding and employment paperwork
- Track applicant status and maintain recruiting records
- Handle background checks and pre-employment processes
- Communicate job expectations, schedules, and next steps with applicants
- Maintain confidential employee and applicant information
- Assist with general office management to help maintain efficient day-to-day operations
- Provide administrative support for HR and staffing initiatives
