About The Position

Clean Team Inc. is looking for a motivated and organized Part-Time Recruiter / HR Coordinator to help support hiring and onboarding efforts throughout the Greater Grand Rapids market. This position offers a flexible weekday schedule and the chance to play a key role in attracting, hiring, and onboarding employees for a growing company. As a member of our recruiting and HR team, you will help ensure positions are filled efficiently while creating a positive candidate experience.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and email
  • Valid driver's license

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in recruiting, staffing, human resources, customer service, or office administration
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and online recruiting tools

Responsibilities

  • Recruit candidates for multiple open positions across West Michigan
  • Review applications and identify qualified candidates
  • Conduct phone screenings and in-person interviews
  • Post and manage job advertisements on Indeed and other recruiting platforms
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate hiring activities with managers
  • Guide new hires through onboarding and employment paperwork
  • Track applicant status and maintain recruiting records
  • Handle background checks and pre-employment processes
  • Communicate job expectations, schedules, and next steps with applicants
  • Maintain confidential employee and applicant information
  • Assist with general office management to help maintain efficient day-to-day operations
  • Provide administrative support for HR and staffing initiatives
