About the position

The Nursing Administration Staffing Coordinator at Lovelace Healthcare is responsible for managing the deployment of clinical and non-clinical staff to meet the staffing needs of Lovelace Health System facilities. This full-time position operates during the day shift and plays a crucial role in ensuring that staffing goals are met, particularly after office hours, on weekends, and during holidays. The role emphasizes teamwork, compassion, and respect within the healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for deployment of staff according to policies and procedures of Lovelace Regional Pool.
• Coordinates staffing and scheduling functions for Lovelace Regional Pool and contract labor in collaboration with each facility.
• Documents and tracks facility staffing needs, Resource Team assignments, and availability using appropriate systems.
• Provides necessary documentation from Vendor Management System, Kronos, and internal database to requesting parties.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Intermediate knowledge of computers including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• One (1) year of related experience.

Nice-to-haves
