About the position
The Staffing Coordinator at Rudolph Community & Care is responsible for creating and maintaining group home schedules using 'When I Work' software. This role involves collaborating with Program Directors and the Recruiting team to ensure effective staffing solutions. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Create and update group home schedules in 'When I Work'.
- Communicate open shifts to Recruiting for new hire placement.
- Ensure adequate coverage by managing on-call and float staff schedules.
- Resolve scheduling issues with Program Directors and other teams.
- Use Excel to analyze staffing data and provide recommendations.
- Document significant staffing changes using JotForm.
- Suggest and implement process improvements for better scheduling efficiency.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Ability to manage tasks effectively and prioritize workload.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented to ensure accuracy in scheduling and documentation.
- Proficiency in scheduling software.
- Reliable internet for remote work.
- Valid Driver's License (if required for site visits).
