Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with department and ministry leaders to assess and respond to staffing needs in real-time.
  • Utilize software applications to manage staffing levels across various hospital departments.
  • Monitor patient census and acuity to allocate resources appropriately.
  • Respond to sick calls and other staffing changes promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records and database management related to staffing.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and leadership regarding staffing updates.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Associate's degree in healthcare, business, or a related field preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 1 year of experience in customer service required.
  • 1 year of experience in computer application and database management required.
