About the position
Ro Health is seeking a motivated and entrepreneurial individual for the role of Staffing Consultant, which is an entry-level management trainee position. This role is pivotal in driving sales, recruitment, account management, customer service, and operations within a fast-paced staffing environment. The Staffing Consultant will work collaboratively in a team to serve vulnerable populations while focusing on personal and professional growth.
Responsibilities
- Source and recruit high-quality candidates to meet clients' needs
- Screen and interview qualified candidates
- Create strong relationships with healthcare providers, serving as their primary point of contact
- Oversee healthcare providers
- Negotiate wages with candidates
- Staff and schedule healthcare providers
- Manage relationships with Ro Health clients
- Develop skills needed in a management role
- Handle additional operations including payroll and marketing
- Operate at all times with a high level of honesty and integrity
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (required)
- Leadership experience
- 1 year of recruiting experience (preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with Salesforce
- Full cycle recruiting experience
