About the position

The Staffing and Scheduling Coordinator at Denise Wright Licensed Behavior Analyst PLLC is responsible for managing the intake and scheduling of services for individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). This role requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. The coordinator will serve as the main point of contact between the agency and patient families, ensuring effective communication and timely staff placements.

Responsibilities

  • Liaison between agency and patient families
  • Maintain list of open cases
  • Make decisions for placement of staff on open cases
  • Communicate staff placements across teams
  • Maintain staff schedules
  • Provide timely staff changes as needed
  • Manage the intake process for new patients
  • Ensure onboarding is complete before assigning cases
  • Work collaboratively with a team to maintain communication across teams
  • Assign staff to cases and create staff schedules
  • Create ads and post them as needed to various recruiting platforms
  • Monitor potential staff responses
  • Report to CEO with weekly updates
  • Set up and conduct interviews
  • Track staff resources through spreadsheets and database
  • Manage staffing directories
  • Provide staffing notifications across several departments
  • Maintain positive relationships with all parties involved
  • Main point of contact for stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent experience required
  • Experience providing ABA or Behavior Intervention Services, related school services, or familiarity with the industry
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel and ability to easily learn to use new software and programs
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and follow-up skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Ability to handle confidential information appropriately
  • Extremely organized with the ability to prioritize multiple projects
  • Establish and confirm group staffing and attendance on a continuous basis
  • Experience with staffing
