About the position

The Sales Support position at DISH involves conducting research on incentive payments and chargebacks, partnering with local retailers to enhance their success, and ensuring world-class customer service. This hybrid role requires candidates to reside in the Denver area and come into the office once a month. The position is critical in supporting the sales department's efforts to drive demand and create strategic partnerships across the industry.

Responsibilities

• Conducts incentive payment and charge back research, explaining payment issues and resolutions.
• Partners with local retailers to clarify website access, content download instructions, and promotional programs.
• Stays informed about company products, services, and internal communications.
• Resolves retailer online Assistance Requests (ARs) and qualifies prospects for DISH Network service.
• Replicates website and application error messages for troubleshooting and collaborates with User Acceptance Testing.
• Ensures one-call resolution and strives for exceptional customer service.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year of related experience, preferably in the service industry.
• Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Pleasant telephone personality and strong business integrity.
• Ability to handle multiple deadlines and tasks proficiently.
• Self-motivated with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in navigating multiple PC-based software platforms.
