We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Staff Software Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain software applications that solve real-world problems and enhance our products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and innovative solutions. Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience. Build on, establish, and document best practices and coding standards. Support product delivery teams by providing guidance on technical solutions when asked. Conduct code reviews, develop high-quality documentation, and build robust test suites. Own the overall performance of products and frameworks within a defined area of focus. Previous experience leading POCs or technical tool adoption initiatives. Provide technical support for multiple applications within the technology portfolio, including both code development and DevOps. Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to multiple teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence. Be empowered to lead and complete software projects with minimal guidance from managers. Lead team discussions to define technical requirements for new and current products. Develop roadmaps and prioritize technical debt to effectively plan features and work. Respond-to and troubleshoot highly complex problems quickly, efficiently, and effectively. Mentor junior engineers. Other duties as assigned.
