Requirements

Doctor of Pharmacy (or foreign equivalent) and Indiana Pharmacy License or ability to obtain one
Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy (or foreign equivalent) and Indiana Pharmacy License or ability to obtain one

Responsibilities

Compound and dispense medications issued by authorized medical practitioners
Address clinical effects of drugs, providing counseling, and assisting patients in managing medical conditions
Communicate with customers and patients regarding their confidential health and drug information
Adopt and manage patient care programs
Lead with heart by displaying empathy and compassion for your patients, customers, caregivers and colleagues on your team
Motivate, inspire and develop your pharmacy support staff by balancing assignments that maximize colleagues strengths, address development opportunities and decrease knowledge gaps
Identify critical business opportunities and meaningful solutions to drive growth and improve performance in your pharmacy
Implement solutions by leading team to achieve specified goals
Adapt to change and adjust plans to thrive in a dynamic community healthcare setting
Seek new ways to grow, collaborate with others and deliver better outcomes
