About the position

Responsibilities

• Support the Pharmacy Manager in leading and directing Pharmacy Technician Support Staff.
• Oversee the management and operation of all aspects within the pharmacy.
• Ensure patient safety and compliance with pharmacy professional practice standards.
• Adhere to regulatory requirements and quality assurance protocols.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to patients.
• Manage personnel, including training and developing Pharmacy Support Staff.
• Oversee inventory management and financial profitability of the pharmacy.
• Implement loss prevention strategies and workflow management.
• Lead patient care programs to keep customers healthy.

Requirements

• Active Pharmacy License in the state of employment.
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List.
• Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (e.g., APhA).
• No pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances.
