We are seeking a motivated individual with strong organizational and interpersonal skills to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Operates a computer to generate a variety of standard documents and correspondences, process corporate forms, perform data entry, establish and maintain records.
  • Assists in task order proposal text writing, creates meaningful graphics, consolidating reviewer comments, proofreads proposals and assembles written and electronic proposals for delivery.
  • Receives and processes stand materials and appropriate to assigned department.
  • When appropriate, resolves routine administrative problems and answers inquiries concerning activities and operations of department.
  • Receives inquiries and requests from the general public and business community, through friendly, professional customer service skills, ascertains the needs of the customer and provides appropriate assistance and information, responds to escalated customer service issues.
  • Performs a range of staff and/or operational support activities; may serve as a liaison with other departments on basic administrative and/or operational matters.
  • Works with Corporate purchasing agent to stock and distribute office supplies.
  • Performs standard, routine bookkeeping functions, which may involve general billing and cash receipt and accounting activities.
  • Performs other duties as directed.

Requirements

  • Have a Bachelor's degree and 0-2 years of experience.
