The Senior Vice President, E-commerce will be responsible for driving the overall strategy, development, and execution of our E-commerce operations and revenue goals. As a key member of the leadership team, you will oversee all aspects of our online business, inclusive of: channel strategy, site merchandising, and user experience, site optimization and performance-based marketing in support of building a best-in-class digital ecosystem. This role will have P&L ownership of delivering upon our E-comm sales plan, building strategies to support revenue goals, and managing the day-to-day operations of a dynamic omni-channel business. You will combine analytics, key insights and creativity to set a vision for our digital future. Additionally, you will lead a high-performing team and drive cross-functional execution across marketing, product merchandising and technology to accelerate growth and ensure alignment with our company’s vision and priorities.
