About the position
Stratus Services is seeking a Sr. Technical Project Manager for CMMC, NIST, & Cybersecurity projects. This role requires a high degree of project agility and effective multitasking, focusing on compliance frameworks and supporting both staff and customers. The ideal candidate will have 'Level 3' expertise and a strong background in managing technical projects within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee CMMC, NIST, and Cybersecurity projects.
- Support staff and customers in a multi-customer and multi-vendor IT environment.
- Independently take over project responsibilities with minimal support.
- Troubleshoot user issues escalated to you and provide effective solutions.
- Follow up on items with longer timelines to ensure project goals are met.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
- 5 to 10 years of experience working in Technology.
- Vendor and/or industry certifications.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for user issues.
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility for projects.
Nice-to-haves
- Knowledge of VDI &/or horizon view configuration and support.
- Experience in complex server and engineering backgrounds.
- Familiarity with CAD support and heavy security-based positions.
