As a key member of the Distribution Department, you will play an integral part in helping Enovis drive the medical technology industry forward through transforming patient care and creating better patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and direction for the success of direct associates in day-to-day operations.
  • Lead all operational activities to meet organizational goals regarding safety, quality, output, and cost objectives.
  • Prioritize customer order schedules and demands based on new product introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supply.
  • Plan and administer procedures and budgets.
  • Make budgetary recommendations and control capital expenditures and labor.
  • Develop schedules and labor requirements for assigned areas.
  • Select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure efficient operation.
  • Direct subordinates on predetermined work assignments using established guidelines, procedures, and policies.
  • Supervise and track employees and may occasionally perform similar work as subordinates.
  • Advise others on complex matters.
  • Ensure compliance with government regulations and company standards in production and quality control.
  • Participate in production and capacity planning.
  • Lead a team of direct hourly production employees.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years related to manufacturing leadership experience.
  • A 4-year degree in the field of Engineering, Business or Operations.
  • Strong Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team of associates to desired goals.
  • Working knowledge of lean concepts and methodology.
  • Ability to work well with cross-functional team members.
  • Excellent conflict resolution skills and ability to handle confrontation diplomatically.
  • Ability to work with ERP system to make transactions and basic reporting (Oracle).
  • Ability to leverage data to drive improvements.
  • Rigorous adherence to SOPs and cGMP regulations.

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous experience in a regulated environment, medical devices, Medical Technology, Pharmaceutical, aerospace.
  • Ability to drive change and adapt quickly.
  • Strong communication skills with a continuous learner mindset.
  • Strong interpersonal skills including persuasion, interpretation, discretion, and being an approachable, patient, and active listener.
  • Sound decision-making and problem-solving skills relating to diversified, moderately complex issues.
