The Store Director also understands and ensures proper security procedures are followed. This position reports to the District Manager.
Responsibilities
- Deliver 4 Wall EBITDA plans through flawless execution of all O5 direction, strategy and resources available
- Maximize associate productivity through teaching and training to the operating model and process standards as they continue to evolve
- Leverage existing reporting to track successes and opportunities across the relevant KPIs, create action plans to address deficiencies
- Drive accountability within the leadership team to deliver the expectations within their sphere of responsibility
- Operate with a sense of urgency to be customer ready: appropriately hired, staffed, merchandised, clean and well maintained.
Requirements
- College degree or equivalent
- 5 - 10 years of store management experience
- Proven track record of successfully managing a selling workforce and achieving results
- Proficiency in utilizing available technology including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong merchandising skills
