Sr./Staff Product Designer

About the position

We're looking for a talented and creative designer to join our team and help us bring our vision to life.

Responsibilities

• Designing and prototyping a little bit of everything, across all clients (iOS, Android and Web)
• Leading design projects from concept to completion, ensuring that all designs are aligned with the company's vision and goals
• Collaborating with engineers, product managers and other stakeholders to define and execute on team priorities
• Developing and maintaining design systems and standards to ensure consistency across all products

Requirements

• Strong visual and interaction design skills
• Deep knowledge of UI best practices
• Demonstrated ability to design and ship products for mobile and desktop experiences
• Strong portfolio showcasing design work, preferably from a consumer tech environment or agency
• Expert knowledge of design tools including Figma and Adobe's Creative Suite
• Ability to execute quickly while maintaining commitment to craft and quality
• Experience working with, contributing to and building design systems
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices
