Requirements

  • BA/BS Degree.
  • 3 years of combined sales, marketing, market research, promotion or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

  • Directs projects to ensure that all resources meet the objectives of customer and brand marketing teams.
  • Develops organized customer tools and resources for Account Executives and across multiple engagement channels supporting the vaccines portfolio, new indications and appropriate pre-launch activities.
  • Partners with the other members of the organized customer team, external agency partners and third-party vendors to ensure that all offerings meet the strategic and communication objectives for the customer segments and brands.
  • Manages the creative process for segment initiatives and provides necessary guidance to the agency partners.
  • Manages projects and programs "end to end" through appropriate internal and external support services in development of content, design, Promotion Review Team (PRT) approvals, and production.
  • Maintains working knowledge of regulatory guidance & delivers compliant programs.
  • Manages creation and monitoring of Agency scope of work (SOWs) and Agency evaluation process. Accountable for the operational proficiency of Agencies and other channel outsourced vendors.
  • Oversees the appropriate administration of promotional budgets for projects and deliverables.
  • Develops an understanding of key organized customer segments to provide actionable insights informing customer and brand strategy as well as Account Executive resource implementation.
  • Helps develop and evolve customer segment strategies, including incorporating and supporting the new L3 Commercial Framework, while partnering with Associate Director Customer Segment Leads to ensure strategic choices maximize performance.
  • Guides marketing campaigns and implementation plans for multiple customer types and partners with extended team members for input on ongoing strategy/resource development action items.
  • Creates routine and ad hoc internal presentations to leadership and customer-facing Account Executives.
