About The Position

This role is for a mid-level sales representative with a solid grasp of sales principles, practices, products, and services. The individual will manage small to mid-sized sales and occasionally handle large complex sales, working with moderate ongoing supervision. They will be responsible for a moderate quota or territory, utilizing company policies and exercising judgment to resolve customer issues or identify opportunities. The role may involve leading presentations and mentoring less experienced peers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired.
  • 2+ years of related sales experience.

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth by retaining existing customers, achieving sales quotas, and upselling to create incremental new business.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, manage account escalations, and ensure direct communication with key decision makers.
  • Successfully close sales deals, deliver on sales metrics, and secure renewal and new contracts to meet performance targets.
  • Assess and understand customer needs to tailor solutions, leveraging a consultative approach to meet strategic business priorities and apply the latest technologies.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends and identify key customer needs, utilizing this knowledge to enhance sales opportunities and improve customer satisfaction (Net Promoter Score - NPS).
