About the position

The Sr Solution Architect role is designed for a self-motivated individual who possesses strong analytical skills and can work independently on projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing new system requirements, creating detailed technical high-level designs, and collaborating with engineering leads to refine these designs. This position requires a solid understanding of system design, scalable solutions, and experience with customer-facing large-scale systems.

Responsibilities

• Analyze new system requirements and develop detailed technical high-level designs.
• Collaborate with engineering leads to refine and finalize high-level designs.
• Work independently on projects with minimal supervision.
• Utilize analytical skills to assess system performance and scalability.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a developer with a solid understanding of system design.
• Experience with customer-facing large-scale systems.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs and Spring Boot.
• Familiarity with Web/Application Server architecture and Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to think conceptually and analytically.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Design Thinking and Enterprise Architecture.
• Knowledge of Cassandra and MongoDB.
• Strong skills in gathering information and analytical thinking.
