About the position
The Sr Scrum Master position at Iris Software Inc. is focused on facilitating and coordinating Agile Scrum processes within a banking environment. This hybrid role requires strong expertise in the banking domain and aims to ensure that teams work collaboratively and efficiently to deliver high-quality products. The Scrum Master will guide and coach teams on Agile principles, manage the product backlog, and promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback sessions.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective.
- Identify and troubleshoot obstacles that are hindering the team's progress.
- Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback sessions.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
- Track KPIs and help teams deliver high-quality products/solutions on time.
- Ensure that the team follows the Scrum framework and adheres to Agile principles.
Requirements
- Strong experience as a Scrum Master in a banking environment.
- Deep understanding of Agile Scrum principles and practices.
