About the position

We are looking for a skilled SAP S/4 FICO Process Owner to join our ERP Implementation team. This critical role involves supporting the deployment of SAP S/4 HANA, focusing on ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of financial processes during the transition. The successful candidate will be responsible for data validation, testing support, documentation, and training assistance.

Responsibilities

• Perform data validation during mock cutovers, dress rehearsals, and Go Live to ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address discrepancies and ensure smooth data migration.
• Provide hands-on support for Integration Testing Cycles (ITC1, ITC2, ITC3) and business simulation.
• Assist in creating and executing test cases, identifying defects, and working with the technical team to resolve issues.
• Document test results and provide feedback to the project management and IT teams.
• Prepare and maintain detailed documentation for testing activities, including test scripts, scenarios, and outcomes.
• Ensure comprehensive and accurate records of testing progress, ensuring compliance with the project's standards and protocols.
• Review training materials related to the SAP S/4 FICO module, ensuring clarity and alignment with the new processes.
• Provide instruction and support to end users and business stakeholders during training sessions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience as an SAP FICO Analyst or similar role, with specific experience in SAP S/4 HANA implementations preferred.
• Strong understanding of SAP FICO module, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Controlling (CO).
• Experience with data migration and validation in ERP projects.
• Knowledge of ERP testing methodologies and tools, with hands-on experience in test case creation and execution.
• Excellent documentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex processes in a clear and concise manner.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Nice-to-haves

• Previous experience in large-scale ERP implementations, particularly within the finance and accounting domains.
• Familiarity with SAP testing tools like SAP Solution Manager, HP ALM, or others.
• Experience in delivering user training and support during Go Live.
