About the position

The Sr. Project Manager for the Pharmaceutical/Health sector will play a crucial role in managing consumer experience projects within a global healthcare company. This hybrid position requires a self-starter with a background in E-Commerce and experience in Healthcare/Pharma. The individual will work closely with the Global CX Program Lead to ensure effective project execution, resource management, and cross-team communication, while also focusing on operational processes and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Effectively summarize and communicate project status to a wide variety of stakeholders.
  • Ensure that dependent business unit schedules are known and identified in advance to all participants.
  • Facilitate the definition of program scope, estimates and deliverables.
  • Demonstrate strong technical, process analysis, documentation and mapping skills.
  • Proven problem solver with expert knowledge of CX and Design workflow best practices.
  • Maintain calm assurance in high-energy interactions.
  • Exhibit excellent interpersonal, leadership, listening, and communication skills.
  • Construct workable solutions when presented with conflicting points of view.
  • Anticipate issues and risks associated with project implementation and develop strategies to resolve them.
  • Manage multiple projects, tasks, priorities, and internal expectations.
  • Implement and maintain a collaborative team environment involving different functional areas.
  • Work with technical project managers to ensure integration of technical schedules and resolution of dependencies.
  • Participate in driving and documenting process standards and best practices of creative project planning and scheduling.
  • Lead process improvements and creative tool implementation.
  • Develop, implement, and shepherd continuous improvements and process opportunities.
  • Orchestrate cross-teams to deliver high quality, on-time design deliverables.

Requirements

  • Minimum BA/BS in Project Management, Business Management, Computer Science, or Logistics; Master's degree in relevant field is a plus.
  • 10+ years of hands-on studio and traffic management experience.
  • Broad experience in a high-volume, fast-paced, constantly changing studio/in-house creative environment.
  • Superior organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
  • 10+ years of project/process management, operations or strategy analyst experience.
  • Experience managing complex projects through all phases of the project lifecycle in a large scale, complex global environment.
  • Experience in Lean, iterative design process and Agile development process.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially in presenting and defending research and design decisions.

Nice-to-haves

  • Agency experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with pharma/health technology is a plus.
  • PMP Certification is a plus.
  • Process Management and/or certification is a plus.
