About the position

The Senior Product Marketing Manager at Amazon Business is responsible for driving the marketing strategies for new tech products and services aimed at business buyers. This role involves collaborating with product managers and service teams to create go-to-market (GTM) plans, develop customer-facing content, and enhance awareness and engagement with Amazon Business offerings. The position requires a strong focus on content creation, data-driven analysis, and cross-collaboration with various stakeholders to effectively communicate the value of Amazon Business in the B2B space.

Responsibilities

  • Craft messaging frameworks for various BtoB service offerings, explaining how Amazon Business serves BtoB audiences.
  • Own marketing strategies for procurement experience and post-purchase experience tech features, building launch and GTM plans.
  • Create written and interactive content on Amazon Business features and solutions, serving as the primary contact for marketing strategies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key product stakeholders and decision-makers across product and marketing organizations.
  • Define joint marketing strategies, objectives, and measures of success with product partners.
  • Engage with international teams to scale product marketing content globally.
  • Work closely with marketing managers to integrate features into digital campaigns and go-to-market programs.
  • Manage measurement and reporting for product marketing programs and campaigns.
  • Analyze program performance data and identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau for data manipulation
  • Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
  • Experience leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launches

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience using SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis
  • Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting
