The position involves maintaining confidentiality of CDS Global and its clients' proprietary information while solving complex problems and taking a broad perspective to identify solutions. The individual will be responsible for all Product Management activities, including product planning and marketing, and managing the product throughout its lifecycle. This includes writing and delivering Marketing, Product, Customer, and Technical Requirements documents with prioritized features and corresponding justification. The role also requires establishing realistic time frames, conducting market research, analyzing findings, and ensuring the success of products from concept to launch through sunset, including incremental enhancements. The individual will recommend pricing to meet revenue and profitability goals, prepare budgets, and communicate revenue forecasts. Collaboration with sales, marketing, IT, and support staff is essential to support product development and management, ensuring revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.
