The Sr. Pricing Director will oversee and drive the development and adoption of pricing strategies, policies, and processes across both the East and West Divisions. This role will lead the annual update and optimization process, periodic profitability analysis and other strategic pricing actions in response to competitive and market dynamics. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Pricing, the Sr. Director will partner with the leaders of various functional organizations within SiteOne to ensure pricing aligns with market value, customer segments, and competitive dynamics. This position will lead a team of pricing managers, analysts and coordinators to support the company with data-driven pricing analysis and strategies that drive long-term growth and profit margin improvement.
