About the position

The Sr. Organizational Learning and Development Business Partner at Stratasys plays a crucial role in enhancing organizational effectiveness and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. This position is responsible for the development and implementation of global and US-based programs that focus on leadership capabilities, diversity and inclusion (DE&I), employee engagement, and retention. The individual will collaborate closely with business and HR leaders to drive initiatives that align with the company's strategic goals. In this role, the Sr. Organizational Development and DE&I Lead will lead the design, development, and execution of various training programs aimed at enhancing leadership skills and employee development. They will also spearhead change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions and the successful adoption of new processes within the organization. Facilitating team-building activities and workshops will be part of their responsibilities to promote collaboration and a positive work environment. Additionally, this position will oversee the execution of the global Stratasys DE&I strategy, identifying key focus areas and KPIs, and designing relevant programs in collaboration with stakeholders. The individual will also be responsible for leading the Minnesota-based Internship Program in partnership with Talent Acquisition, ensuring that all organizational development and DE&I initiatives are aligned with global HR and corporate strategies. The role requires a commitment to Stratasys Core Values and the ability to demonstrate leadership and effective communication across various levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute global organizational development strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Partner with senior leaders to identify and address organizational challenges and opportunities.
  • Design and deliver training programs that enhance leadership capabilities and employee development.
  • Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions and adoption of new processes.
  • Facilitate team-building activities and workshops to promote collaboration and a positive work environment.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of OD programs and initiatives.
  • Lead the execution of the global Stratasys DE&I strategy, including identifying focus areas and KPIs, design programs in collaboration with relevant stakeholders, create and execute project plans.
  • Lead the design and execution of the Minnesota-based Internship Program in collaboration with Talent Acquisition.
  • Develop and execute global programs and projects from beginning to end by creating project plans, success measurements and communication plans.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or Human Resources or a similar degree required.
  • Master's Degree in Organizational Development is preferred.
  • Minimum 7 years of Organizational Development and DE&I experience required.
  • Advanced knowledge of Leadership Development, Performance Management, Talent Management, Employee Engagement and DE&I theories and practices.
  • Highly experienced in designing, executing and monitoring programs and projects.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong facilitation skills including the ability to listen, deliver, organize thoughts, and lead initiatives.
  • Advanced interpersonal skills.
  • Positive, can-do attitude with tenacious drive for customer service.
