The Sr. Organizational Learning and Development Business Partner at Stratasys plays a crucial role in enhancing organizational effectiveness and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. This position is responsible for the development and implementation of global and US-based programs that focus on leadership capabilities, diversity and inclusion (DE&I), employee engagement, and retention. The individual will collaborate closely with business and HR leaders to drive initiatives that align with the company's strategic goals. In this role, the Sr. Organizational Development and DE&I Lead will lead the design, development, and execution of various training programs aimed at enhancing leadership skills and employee development. They will also spearhead change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions and the successful adoption of new processes within the organization. Facilitating team-building activities and workshops will be part of their responsibilities to promote collaboration and a positive work environment. Additionally, this position will oversee the execution of the global Stratasys DE&I strategy, identifying key focus areas and KPIs, and designing relevant programs in collaboration with stakeholders. The individual will also be responsible for leading the Minnesota-based Internship Program in partnership with Talent Acquisition, ensuring that all organizational development and DE&I initiatives are aligned with global HR and corporate strategies.
