About the position

The Sr. Master Scheduler at TreeHouse Foods is responsible for overseeing master scheduling and leading finite schedulers for assigned categories. This role involves maintaining long-term capacity plans and production schedules to ensure efficient delivery of inventory, service, and cost objectives, while also collaborating cross-functionally to meet company goals.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee master scheduling and lead finite schedulers for assigned categories.
  • Maintain long-term people and capacity plans and production schedules.
  • Generate weekly/monthly production and capacity plans using systems and processes.
  • Maintain data integrity in systems for efficient inventory and capacity management.
  • Lead Supply Review monthly category level SIOP/IBP process.
  • Utilize systems to identify and communicate key drivers and proposed solutions to service and inventory issues.
  • Track and reconcile weekly/monthly metrics versus established targets.
  • Review production performance and update planning rates to reflect plant capabilities.
  • Maintain, review, and update all monthly inputs for safety stocks and inventory targets.
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Business Units, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Operations.
  • Make recommendations to enhance business processes and improve operational efficiencies.
  • Support Annual Operating Plan process for designated categories.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Statistics, Operations Research, or related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in production planning or detailed scheduling required.
  • Experience in leading others preferred.
  • Experience with supply planning software; working knowledge of SAP preferred.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills required; advanced preferred.
  • Intermediate PowerBI skillset preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and clear communication abilities, both verbal and written.
  • APICS or CPIM certification a plus.
  • Working knowledge of SIOP/IBP processes and procedures.
