The Sr Manager Treasury Strategy at TD Bank is responsible for overseeing a complex business management function that involves strategic planning and collaboration with various stakeholders. Responsibilities
- Oversee and lead a large and complex business management function for an area of significant risk and complexity.
- Act as a strategic partner to the leadership team on portfolio and financial management, identifying operational efficiencies and opportunities.
- Facilitate key strategic discussions and provide thought leadership to executive audiences.
- Set operational team direction and collaborate with others to execute on common goals.
- Focus on longer-range planning for the functional area.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in a relevant field.
- 10+ years of relevant experience in treasury or financial management.
Nice-to-haves
- Background in Liquidity Risk Management, Asset-Liability Management (ALM), Capital Planning, Funds Transfer Pricing, or Recovery and Resolution Planning.
- Detailed knowledge of key banking regulations such as CCAR, Dodd-Frank Act Stress Testing (DFAST), and Basel III/IV.
- Strong communication and business writing skills.
