Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead a complex business management function for an area of significant risk and complexity.
• Act as a strategic partner to the leadership team on portfolio and financial management.
• Facilitate key strategic discussions and provide thought leadership to executive audiences.
• Set operational team direction and collaborate with others to execute common goals.
• Focus on longer-range planning for the functional area.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree
• 10+ years of relevant experience
• Background in Liquidity Risk Management, Asset-Liability Management (ALM), Capital Planning, Funds Transfer Pricing, or Recovery and Resolution Planning.
• Detailed knowledge of key banking regulations such as CCAR, DFAST, and Basel III/IV.
• Strong communication and business writing skills.
