About The Position

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Salesforce Leader to lead the vision, roadmap, and execution of our Salesforce platform in support of Sales and Revenue Operations. This role combines product ownership with people leadership. The individual will manage a team of Salesforce Administrators while partnering closely with Sales stakeholders, Marketing, Service, Support, Product and Technology teams to ensure Salesforce and related business systems effectively enable scalable growth in a SaaS environment. The ideal candidate brings strong business acumen, deep Salesforce knowledge, and the ability to translate complex commercial processes into structured, well-governed system solutions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience working with Salesforce in a SaaS or technology-driven environment
  • 2+ years of experience in product ownership, business systems leadership, or Revenue Operations.
  • Experience managing or mentoring Salesforce Administrators or similar roles.
  • Strong understanding of Sales processes including pipeline management, forecasting, territory management, and reporting.
  • Demonstrated experience building and prioritizing product backlogs in an Agile environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders

Nice To Haves

  • Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator, and Business Analyst certifications preferred.
  • Experience in aviation software or complex B2B environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Own the Salesforce roadmap supporting Sales and Revenue Operations.
  • Develop and maintain a prioritized product backlog, including well-defined user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Translate business objectives into scalable Salesforce capabilities aligned with revenue strategy.
  • Balance the prioritization of strategic initiatives, operational needs, and technical debt.
  • Partner with Sales stakeholders, Marketing, Service, Support, Product and Technology teams to gather requirements and align on outcomes.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to commercial stakeholders on Salesforce capabilities and best practices.
  • Draft and refine key objectives and results supporting the end-to-end customer lifecycle.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for Salesforce related challenges, driving resolution with clarity and accountability.
  • Lead and develop a team of Salesforce Administrators within Revenue Operations.
  • Establish delivery standards, governance processes, and documentation best practices.
  • Provide mentorship, performance management, and professional development support.
  • Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Operate within an Agile framework facilitating backlog refinement, sprint planning, and release coordination.
  • Oversee UAT coordination and support change management for future releases.
  • Ensure quality, stability, and security of Salesforce configurations and integrations.
  • Partner with IT and engineering teams on integrations and architectural decisions.
  • Maintain Salesforce governance standards including field management, automation strategy, reporting standards, and data quality controls.
  • Continuously evaluate platform performance, usability, and process efficiency.
  • Support audit, compliance, and documentation needs as required.
