About the position

You will develop, plan, and execute cross-functional marketing programs to meet business and category objectives. Lead omnichannel retail marketing strategies, including in-store and digital touchpoints through retail media networks. Oversee budget management, ensuring optimal allocation to drive partner marketing initiatives and business growth. Build and nurture partnerships with retail and channel partners to enhance brand engagement and joint business ventures. Apply subject matter expertise to retail marketing operations, including measurement system development and tool deployment. Collaborate with Brand Marketing, Sales, Product Management, and Strategic Alliances to align retail co-marketing efforts. Provide strategic guidance on retail channel marketing policies and practices to drive operational efficiencies. Manage departmental resources, short-term planning, and team development to foster a high-performance marketing organization.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 12+ years in marketing or retail marketing.
  • 3+ years of people management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Drive the implementation of appropriate measurement systems for the collection/reporting of defined marketing metrics and actions; ensure operational linkage with appropriate business functions.
