We are looking for a person that enjoys using a broad skill set preferably built within M&A (Merger and Acquisitions), Finance, Financial services and/or Consulting Services. Some of these would include; Product/Program Management, Data Analysis, Process Management (Creation, Redesign, Automation), Risk Management, and Strategy creation. You will be a collaborator by nature, have a high level of attention to detail, be a self-starter and comfortable leading both direct reports and/or a Matrixed team.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate proficiency in five key areas of Product management: Human Centered, Business Focused, Technology Driven, Integrated Problem Solving, and Transformational Leadership.
- Obsess about internal and external customer needs to reimagine and innovate product solutions.
- Deliver game-changing outcomes by focusing on leverage and execution excellence.
- Leverage technology to deliver innovative and resilient solutions that enable both near term and long term value.
- Identify and resolve complex problems to deliver outcomes while mitigating product risks.
- Lead cross-functional teams to solve customer problems and drive organizational alignment.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience working in Product Management.
- Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a quantitative field or an MBA with a quantitative concentration.
