The Marketing Technology Transformation Senior Manager manages the implementation and optimization of transformative marketing technology initiatives, bridging marketing and IT teams, to maximize investment, adoption and utilization of marketing capabilities. Reporting to the Director, this role contributes to the evolution of the MarTech / AdTech ecosystem, with Adobe at its core, from current to target state. The Senior Manager manages program processes, methodologies, and governance structures, while identifying risks and facilitating meetings. They spearhead the development and execution of executive and broader stakeholder socialization, enhancing engagement and promoting transparency. Working closely with marketing and IT teams, they implement, integrate, and optimize marketing technologies across key functions to accelerate business outcomes. Additionally, the Senior Manager Marketing Technology Transformation identifies emerging technologies and trends in the MarTech / AdTech space, initiating and managing pilot programs to test new capabilities. They analyze results of these programs and recommend scaling successful innovations across the organization. This position ensures the organization stays current with marketing technology advancements while maintaining scalability and sustainability of capabilities.
