About The Position

The Sr Manager Global Brand Development & Marketing helps develop marketing strategies, brand building efforts, and best-in-class consumer executions for our priority toy and game brands and products. The Sr Manager Global Brand Development & Marketing will partner with internal cross-functional teams and business teams, including commercial, retail, data and analytics, product, PR, media, social, creative, design and development, as well as external agencies, partners and retailers - all in an effort to present something our brands and products to our consumers in unforgettable ways. We are looking for someone who brings passion, energy, and a healthy willingness to be bold and take risks in ways that help our brands stand out.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
  • 7+ years in integrated consumer marketing or brand management with ownership from planning through activation on complex multi-channel campaigns.
  • Strength in turning insights into strategy and tight briefs and in connecting brand building with performance marketing.
  • Channel fluency across media, social and creator, content, PR and comms, retail and shopper, and eComm and DTC, with confidence managing agencies and creators
  • Global experience and comfort partnering across regions and time zones while maintaining brand cohesion.
  • Analytical rigor with facility in KPIs, experimentation and marketing effectiveness to inform decisions and tell compelling stories.
  • Proven budget stewardship and scenario planning with A&P ownership at the program level.
  • Collaboration and influence skills that align diverse partners and keep complex initiatives moving.
  • Communication excellence as a clear writer, presenter, and editor with executive ready polish.
  • People leadership experience managing direct reports and developing talent.

  • Toy, Game or Licensing experience a plus though not required.

Responsibilities

  • Translate brand strategy into integrated go to market plans for assigned brands and priority products, inclusive of objectives, positioning and messaging, audience definition, and channel mix.
  • Lead day to day program management with internal and external partners, agencies, and licensors, keeping work aligned, on brief and moving.
  • Build and run campaigns across retail, media, digital and social, creator, performance, PR, events and more in partnership with cross functional teams.
  • Write inspiring briefs and guide creative development and asset production from concept through delivery and localization, championing modern marketing and a test and learn mindset including thoughtful use of AI.
  • Deliver region ready assets, toolkits and calendars that enable adoption and adaptation at speed without fragmentation.
  • Define KPIs, track performance and consumer signals, and recommend optimizations and investment shifts to maximize impact.
  • Steward budgets for your programs, create scenarios, and partner with finance and the Director on A&P management and prioritization.
  • Partner with regional marketing and key accounts so local insights, retail moments and channel realities are reflected in plans and assets.
  • Work with Brand Creative for visual and tonal continuity across events, activations, platforms, and content.
  • Synthesizes insights, plans and results into crisp narratives and recommendations for leaders and partners, presenting updates on a regular cadence.
  • Coach junior team members and help improve ways of working that raise quality, clarity, and speed
  • Stay curious and identify new formats, partners and cultural moments that connect our brands with consumers.
