About the position

The Sr. Manager Customer Service and Supply at Molson Coors Beverage Company is responsible for leading the customer service and supply chain operations at the Golden Brewery. This role focuses on optimizing results in warehousing, distribution, transportation, production services, and scheduling, while fostering a high-performance team culture. The manager will drive change management initiatives to enhance plant and process operations, contributing to the brewery's strategic goals over a five-year horizon.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of 3 direct reports and 20+ indirect reports, supporting their growth and development through career discussions and one-on-one conversations.
  • Oversee production scheduling, financial and operational performance, inventory and material management, asset care and reliability, and project engineering for customer service and supply.
  • Ensure high-quality products are warehoused and shipped cost-effectively by maximizing operational efficiency and reliability.
  • Lead and support brewery safety, sustainability, and environmental initiatives.
  • Develop local strategies and tactics in alignment with the brewery and integrated supply chain strategic plan.
  • Interface with distributors and field sales to ensure brewery quality and service levels exceed distributor needs in collaboration with corporate customer service.
  • Collaborate and coordinate with external and internal customers to ensure optimal customer service.
  • Act as the functional business owner for projects impacting the area of responsibility.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, supply chain, or another technical field; a master's degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years' experience in progressive roles in a manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years managing exempt level employees.
  • Experience managing warehouse/supply chain operations in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
  • Proven track record of achievement in a high-speed, high-volume manufacturing environment.
  • Prior experience driving results utilizing Lean methodologies and tools is preferred.
