  • Coordinate with analytics leaders (Director to SVP) across departments to identify critical KPIs, milestones, and performance signals aligned with business rhythms.
  • Provide executive-level analytics summaries that distill complex, cross-functional data into focused insights, enabling the ELT and CEO to make faster, smarter strategic decisions.
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses into operational and financial performance to uncover key drivers and trends, providing context around metrics when needed.
  • Create executive-level dashboards and summaries using Tableau, with an emphasis on visual storytelling and simplicity.
  • Maintain awareness of enterprise-wide data sources, ensuring your work reflects the most accurate and trusted information available across platforms.
  • Support the broader EDM COP with best practices, data standards, and alignment across the analytics community.
  • Serve as a thought-leader with an emphasis on innovation outside and inside your team while finding new ways to optimize and simplify UA’s reporting functions.

Requirements

  • Experience with Power BI, Salesforce, Adobe Analytics, and Python for analysis and data integration.
  • Background in data governance, storytelling, or management consulting.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML tools and concepts, including how to apply generative AI or predictive analytics to enhance reporting, automate insight generation, or surface emerging trends.
  • Strong understanding of retail and/or consumer goods industries, ideally within sports apparel.
