We are excited to bring on a Sr. Analyst, IT Infrastructure. In this role, you will function as a Federated Architect and provide technical leadership, subject matter expertise and direction on complex projects/initiatives to manage the Information Technology (IT) infrastructure within an organization.

  • You will function as a Federated Architect with Site reliability engineering (SRE) practice on multiple Integration Platforms, with immediate focus on Managed File Transfers (IBM Sterling File Gateway; Connect Direct) and a good-to-have experience on API Management (IBM CP4I/MuleSoft).
  • You will maintains knowledge on current and emerging developments/trends , assesses the impact, and collaborates with Enterprise Architects, Security and Senior Management to incorporate the new trends and developments in current and future solutions.
  • You will direct and enhance organizational initiatives by positively influencing and supporting change management and/or departmental/enterprise initiatives.
  • You will identify and direct the implementation of process improvements that significantly improve quality across the team, department and/or business unit for their assigned area(s) of responsibility.
  • You will provide subject matter expertise to team members and applicable internal/external stakeholders on complex assignments/projects for their assigned area(s) of responsibility.
  • You will communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and management.
  • You will provide direction and guidance for the design, architecture, implementation and security of business-critical infrastructure platforms that host LFG applications.
  • You will lead research, design, architecture and implementation of the enterprise cloud services supporting related Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Software as a Service (SaaS) and managed platforms (PaaS).
  • You will develop and implement complex DevOps methodologies supporting infrastructure and development partners.
  • You will be responsible for Platform Lifecycle activities like Design, deploy, install, upgrade, patch, configure, compliant, security, audit, administer, maintenance, monitoring, backup, recovery and governance.
  • You will serve as lead technical resource to ensure completion of infrastructure development tasks.
  • You will serve as a technical expert and provides complex technical guidance to junior team members.
  • You will perform administration and support for applications to ensure the system's integrity and security are not compromised
  • You will apply advanced knowledge to measure and manage work intake and email capacity.
  • 4 Year/Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Information Technology or related field
  • 5 - 7+ Years experience in system design/architecture that directly aligns with the specific responsibilities for this position.
  • SRE foundations (Preferred)
  • AWS Solutions Architect (Preferred)
  • Managed File Transfer Platforms (Preferred)
