About the position

The Sr. HCM Analyst provides senior-level functional support and serves as a subject matter expert for complex Oracle HCM application modules, focusing on Benefits, Compensation, and Absence Management. This role involves leading projects, managing periodic releases, and supporting annual benefits and compensation cycles, ensuring optimal system functionality and user experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects and enhancements for Oracle HCM, defining timelines and gathering business requirements.
• Conduct fit/gap analysis and demonstrate solutions for system configuration.
• Review release notes, conduct impact analysis, and perform regression testing for periodic releases.
• Manage annual benefits open enrollment and compensation pay cycles, including UAT and troubleshooting.
• Provide tier 2 support for Oracle HCM, collaborating with various teams to resolve issues.
• Research and troubleshoot employee and retiree benefits processing issues.
• Coordinate with developers to create reports and interface programs, conducting end-to-end testing.
• Maintain knowledge of Oracle HCM technology and participate in user groups.

Requirements

• BS in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of Oracle HCM HR analyst support experience.
• 2+ years of experience supporting Benefits and Compensation.
• Intermediate knowledge of Oracle HCM tools (Design Studio, Application Composer, etc.).
• Knowledge of Oracle HCM security design and ability to comprehend Oracle White Papers.
• Strong project management skills and ability to handle medium-sized projects.

Nice-to-haves

• Oracle HCM certifications in Benefits or Compensation.
• Knowledge of Oracle OTBI, BIPublisher, XML, and SQL.
• Experience testing HCM application instances.
