Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively: Builds strong partnerships with Financial Planning & Analysis, Retail Analysis and relevant business partners to create and maintain accurate and timely merchandise plans that provide visibility to actual and projected performance against financial and operational plans
• Review inventory plans: Updates stock and inventory plans and regularly communicate variability to plan
• Provide analysis and reporting: Communicate inventory positions to assist Sales teams in maximizing inventory management and sell through opportunities
• Sales forecasting: Update and release operations sales forecasts to SAP AFS and updates demand procurers on necessary information to enable effective placement of buys and manage production capacity
• Coordination of buy activities: Provide proactive communication to relevant business partners of information that would affect order placement and fulfillment for brand family

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business related field preferred
• 5+ years of Merchandising or Demand Planning experience required
• Problem solving mindset, analytical skills required
• Financial management & business acumen skills required
• Excellent communication (oral & written) skills required
• Microsoft Excel experience required

Nice-to-haves

• SAP and/or IBP experience preferred
