This role works across the organization to ensure that the most impactful investments in artificial intelligence capabilities are prioritized and track the outcomes of those investments. The role will scope and prioritize business cases for potential opportunities, manage a roadmap and demand for AI based capabilities and measure the value of enterprise AI initiatives post-deployment, contribute to AI strategy development and implementation, and provide subject matter expertise regarding opportunities to optimize the adoption & utilization of implemented AI based solutions.

  • Scope AI opportunities through collaboration with members of the AI center of enablement team as well as business and IT stakeholders, including defining the opportunities with the highest value potential and impact.
  • Documents the business case of the proposed AI based solutions, including the expected financial and non-financial benefits.
  • Collaborates with solution delivery teams, to shape the technical requirements of an AI based solution(s) and operate as the key interface point with business and IT teams.
  • Tracks and measures the AI investment performance, using KPIs to monitor the financial and non-financial impact of AI solutions as well as business engagement.
  • Leverages data analysis to create, assess, and refine approach and streamline stakeholder touchpoints.
  • Collaborates with Data and AI Governance teams, to support the assessment of any risks associated with the use of AI based solutions.
  • Creates and delivers engaging presentations to leadership and stakeholders across business teams to communicate the vision, progress, and impact of the AI center of Enablement.
  • Supports the development and implementation of AI and data strategies across the organization, including staying up to date with the latest developments in both AI and the financial industry.
  • Maintains knowledge on current and emerging developments/trends, assesses the impact, and collaborates with senior management to incorporate new trends and developments in current and future solutions.
  • Directs and enhances organizational initiatives by positively influencing and supporting change management and/or departmental/enterprise initiatives.
  • Identifies and directs the implementation of process improvements that significantly improve quality across the team, department and/or business unit.
  • Provides subject matter expertise to team members and applicable internal/external stakeholders on complex assignments/projects.
  • Provides direction on complex assignments, projects, and/or initiatives to build and enhance the capability.
  • 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's)
  • 5 - 7+ Years of experience in a Product Owner or Adoption role including experience with ROI analysis, cost-benefit modeling, value frameworks, data visualization tools & performance dashboards.
  • Generative AI experience
