Responsibilities

  • Create trusted advising partnerships with small and middle market business owners, executives, and leaders to achieve desired risk mitigation outcomes.
  • Solicit new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, and other lead sources.
  • Manage the full cycle of the sales process, including building trust with prospective clients, negotiating with integrity, closing with executive leadership, and stewarding renewals.
  • Pursue continual education on laws and regulations associated with Commercial Lines Insurance Sales, including OSHA, Workers Compensation, property, equipment, agriculture, construction, and cyber.
  • Work from home, in the field, and 3 days a week at our Irvine office.

Requirements

  • Current California Property & Casualty license.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the Commercial Insurance market.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to learn and navigate agency technology (Applied Epic, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and Microsoft Office Suite).
  • 3-5 years of B2B Sales experience.
