About the position

CGI Federal is currently seeking Sr. Business Systems Analysts with active TS/SCI clearances to support a large project for a federal government client. This position will be based in Washington, DC area.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and re-engineer processes, understanding technical problems and solutions in relation to the current and future business environment.
• Recommend and facilitate quality improvement efforts.
• Integrate new processes with existing ones and communicate these changes to impacted Business Systems teams.
• Provide technical guidance to a cross-functional, agile team.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients on complex technical issues or business strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 8 years' experience as a Business Analyst or related field.
• Experience with SAFe Agile Principles.
• Experience with JIRA for development of requests, setting up triggers and SLAs, tracking of customer requests, reporting issues, requests for information, sprint planning and reviews, and tracking backlog items.
• Experience with Confluence for reporting, planning, documenting user processes, storing internal system configurations, publishing roadmaps for executive management and outside stakeholders.
• Active TS SCI Clearance.
