About the position

The Revenue Operations Analyst at DaVita plays a crucial role in enhancing the revenue cycle by performing complex analyses, solving intricate problems, and improving processes. This position is integral to supporting the DaVita Village by managing dialysis placements, verifying coverage, generating claims, and coordinating with payors. The analyst will work within a motivated team to drive strategic improvements and ensure the organization's financial health.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex analysis including analytical modeling
• Assess and quantify business impact of various efforts
• Develop automated reporting around key business drivers
• Utilize analytical tools such as SQL, Excel, Tableau, VBA, Python, Access, etc.
• Break down complex problems into digestible pieces and develop robust approaches to solve them
• Synthesize analytical findings to recommend, facilitate, and drive strategic and/or process improvements within the revenue cycle
• Challenge status quo operations to identify transformative change
• Influence change and drive results through effective written and oral communication
• Interface and partner with leaders across multiple teams and/or external vendors and insurance companies
• Create and maintain project plans; prepare and lead project updates to key stakeholders
• Manage own resources and time in a way that aligns to priority & value of work

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related field of study (STEM, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Business)
• 1-2 years' experience OR applicable work experience; Master's degree preferred
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills required; experience using other analytical tools such as SQL, Tableau, VBA, Python, Access, etc. preferred
• Strong quantitative & problem solving skills including analytical modeling and insight generation
• Ability to communicate complex ideas in a simple, easily digestible manner to a range of audiences including senior leaders
