About The Position

The Vacation Package Sales Sr. Agent works with popular local attractions such as ports, malls or theme parks and attends events such as trade shows, festivals, and conferences to connect with the public as a brand ambassador for Travel + Leisure. In this sales-based role, engages in face-to-face conversations with prospective customers and share information about the vacation club experience. Invites and incentivizes guests to attend award-winning vacation ownership presentations.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment within a shared space
  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, general computer skills and smart devices.

Nice To Haves

  • 1 to 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience is preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

  • Leading by example, setting the pace, breaking records, and pushing our limits beyond our best days (80%)
  • Keeping the team motivated and the chat filled with positive energy throughout the day (5%)
  • Assisting with Take Overs (TOs) when needed (5%)
  • Posting team scores at the end of their shift (5%)
  • Providing mentorship to new reps when assigned (5%)
