About The Position

The Sr Account Executive is responsible for establishing and developing new business contacts, maintaining current relationships and developing and implementing a sales and marketing plan. Covers the sales/marketing region assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with three (3+) years' successful experience in In healthcare, business development or related industry.
  • Successful previous experience in business development, outreach or healthcare related role.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in Home Health or healthcare business development.

Responsibilities

  • Sets and achieves sales revenue, product and payor-mix goals. Meets short and long-term target account goals.
  • Maintains a complete, up-to-date account of referrals including physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities' management, discharge planners, and case managers within an assigned territory.
  • Builds and maintains client relationships.
  • Prepares business plans and maintains target lists. Prioritizes accounts in accordance with the market sales plan.
  • Responds to customer complaints in timely manner.
  • Mentors and coaches new team members through formal ride-along check off process.
  • Leads Team Communications such as webinars and team meetings.
  • Facilitates sales skill development sessions in group settings.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
