AutoSync is seeking a high-performing Senior Account Executive responsible for driving new business acquisition and expanding market share across Canada. This role focuses on selling AutoSync’s digital retail and marketing ecosystem, specifically: TAdvantage – Automotive dealership website platform, TRFFK – AI-driven automotive digital advertising solution, Motoinsight – End-to-end digital retailing platform. The ideal candidate is a consultative sales professional with strong automotive retail knowledge, experience selling SaaS or digital solutions, and a proven track record in prospecting, pipeline management, and closing complex dealership opportunities. This role is responsible for generating net-new revenue by helping dealerships modernize their online customer journey, improve lead quality, increase conversion rates, and maximize digital marketing performance.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience
  • Automotive retail, SaaS, digital marketing, or dealership technology experience strongly preferred
  • Proven track record of prospecting and closing net-new business
  • Experience managing consultative sales cycles
  • Strong understanding of dealership operations and automotive digital retailing
  • Hunter mentality with strong prospecting discipline
  • High-level consultative selling skills

Responsibilities

  • Prospect, qualify, and close new dealership opportunities across assigned territories
  • Develop and execute strategic outbound sales plans targeting franchise and independent dealerships
  • Build strong relationships with Dealer Principals, General Managers, GSMs, Marketing Managers, and Fixed Ops leaders
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, referrals, networking, and OEM program alignment
  • Conduct discovery meetings to uncover operational challenges, digital gaps, and growth opportunities
  • Position AutoSync’s ecosystem as a connected digital retail and marketing solution
  • Sell modern dealership website solutions focused on: Mobile-first user experience, SEO and Local Search Optimization, Inventory merchandising, Customer engagement tools, Conversion optimization, Website customization and backend flexibility
  • Position AI-driven digital advertising solutions including: Search campaigns, Social advertising, Retargeting, Geofencing, Vehicle Ads, Video advertising
  • Sell digital retailing solutions that help dealerships: Increase lead quality, Improve online-to-showroom conversion, Enable online deal building, Streamline financing and trade-in workflows, Increase engagement throughout the buying journey
  • Become a trusted advisor on dealership digital transformation
  • Clearly articulate competitive differentiators
  • Leverage OEM certifications, AutoTrader integrations, and AutoSync ecosystem advantages during sales cycles
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene
  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales quotas
  • Manage consultative sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to develop strategic account plans for dealer groups and high-potential rooftops
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and business terms
  • Work closely with Performance Managers, OEM teams, Marketing, Customer Success and Sales Leadership
  • Participate in dealership onboarding transitions to ensure strong customer experience and retention
  • Share market intelligence and competitive insights with internal teams
