About The Position

Responsible for any jobs that need to have a straight edge cut on them. This requires operating a digital knife cutter. This position is Monday - Friday 3:30pm-12:00am. Look over the job jacket. Measure materials and determine how to set-up machine. Set up the machine. Enter correct measurements to be cut. Align stock correctly and put stock through machine. Band stock together and sign off job jacket when finished. Take stock over to other areas as needed. Sweeps up around equipment at end of shift. Cleans off table tops and work area. Performs other duties as required or directed. Large job may consist of moving skids by a pallet jack or forklift.

• Sign off on the job jacket when the job is finished.
• Transport stock to other areas as needed.
• Sweep up around equipment at the end of the shift.
• Clean table tops and work area.
• Perform other duties as required or directed.
• Move skids using a pallet jack or forklift for large jobs.
