About the position

The Emerging Talent Associate Program at Warner Music Group is a paid internship designed for individuals to gain hands-on experience in the music industry. Participants will be matched to specific departments based on their interests and qualifications, engaging in day-to-day activities, strategic meetings, and problem-solving initiatives to contribute to WMG's global success. The program also includes professional development workshops and industry insights, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

Responsibilities

• Participate in strategic meetings within assigned departments.
• Help solve key business issues and contribute ideas for WMG's success.
• Engage in professional development activities such as workshops and showcases.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age by January 27, 2025.
• Must be located within the United States for the duration of the program.
• Access to housing and transportation within the designated city is required.
• Self-starter attitude with genuine curiosity for the business.
• Ability to commit to a 20-25 hour work week.
