Bloomfield Nursing has full-time Speech Therapist (SLP) opportunities! This position is eligible for a $10,000 bonus. Increased pay may be available in lieu of benefits. Requirements

A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, Communicative Disorders or similarly-titled area that is consistent and acceptable to the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
Licensed, certified or credentialed, as required in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

Help patients get well by assisting them to communicate, swallow, and work to diminish or remediate disorders or deficits.
Take responsibility for the effective and efficient delivery of rehab services, designing and executing patient plans.
Design programs to restore, reinforce, and enhance patients' physical abilities and independence.
Adapt to the needs of the patient and find joy in the variety of work and settings.
Collaborate with peers and make referrals to ensure patients receive the necessary care to thrive.
Train patients and caregivers on skills needed to promote independence and productivity.
